Our client, a UK based Advertising Agency, is on a mission to revolutionise lead generation and growth. In a stage of rapid scaling, they\’re looking for a talented PPC Manager / Google Ads Specialist to join our team remotely, working side-by-side with the existing team and C-Level.

Job Role
- Creating, managing, and optimising high-performing Google Ads campaigns, across a variety of client industries.
- Analysing performance data to deliver actionable insights and drive measurable growth.
- Collaborating directly with clients to craft strategies that actually move the needle.
- Managing budgets strategically to maximise ROI and scale profitable campaigns.
- Staying ahead of industry trends, tools, and tactics to keep us at the cutting edge.
- Reporting on KPIs and results to clients and the internal team.
- Contributing to strategic planning sessions to align PPC with broader marketing and e-commerce goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years managing Google Ads campaigns in an agency environment. Lead generation, e-commerce or B2B experience.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results and scaling accounts profitably.
- Sharp analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into winning strategies.
- Confidence using Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and related tools.
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Collaborative, fast-paced working style.
- A genuine passion for digital marketing, e-commerce, and growth.
- Fully remote role with direct access to the founder.
- Salary up to £40,000 per year.
