This role offers a chance to make a significant impact on client success by driving high-performance advertising campaigns within a collaborative, data-driven team.
Role:
The agency is looking for an experienced Paid Social Specialist with several years of expertise in paid social advertising and a proven track record of managing ad spend and driving ROI. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute, optimize, and innovate paid social strategies for various brands.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Develop and implement paid social advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
- Monitor and optimise ad campaigns to consistently achieve monthly ad spend and revenue KPIs.
- Utilise reporting tools such as Shopify Reports, Motion, Agency Analytics, and Triple Whale for data-driven decisions.
- Conduct A/B testing on new creatives, audiences, and strategies to scale campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
Client Relations:
- Foster strong relationships by setting clear expectations, understanding client goals, and delivering results that align with their objectives.
- Provide regular updates on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations.
- Write direct-response copy that resonates with target audiences and produces engaging ads.
Champion creative strategies by developing testing roadmaps, analyzing performance, and exploring new creative angles.
Work closely with the Head of Paid Social and team to align on campaign goals and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in paid social advertising, with responsibility for client accounts spending £30k-£50k monthly.
- Proficiency in Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest platforms.
- Proven ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
- Agency or startup experience, particularly within the D2C/ecommerce industry.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, interpreting data to drive campaign improvements.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and fluent in English.
Location: Fully remote, based in the United Kingdom (preference to candidates in Poole)
