The Role: Sitting at the crossroads of performance marketing and creative direction, this role will lead paid social content strategy—particularly across Meta, TikTok, and other emerging channels. You’ll transform audience insights into persuasive campaigns that not only convert, but also inspire and resonate with today’s wellness-minded consumer. From sourcing and directing content creators to writing standout copy and iterating based on real-time performance data, you’ll be integral to delivering creative that scales both brand reach and ROI.
- Lead creative ideation and strategy for paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and future-facing social platforms
- Write compelling short-form copy: headlines, hooks, scripts, and storyboards that drive both attention and conversions
- Identify, brief, and collaborate with user-generated content (UGC) creators and influencers to develop high-performing, on-brand content
- Work closely with in-house teams to concept and launch a range of ad formats—video, static, UGC, and motion-led assets
- Analyse creative performance using metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS—translating findings into actionable creative refinements
- Run regular testing cycles to determine what’s resonating and where to optimise
- Keep on top of platform innovations, audience behaviours, and best-in-class creative trends across social and wellness categories
- Support broader brand campaigns and creative activations across channels
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a performance creative or paid social content strategy role. Proven success developing ads that perform across Meta and TikTok. Excellent instincts for what makes social-first content succeed—especially in short-form video and UGC formats. Confident briefing and collaborating with content creators or influencers. Comfortable interpreting performance data and adapting creative accordingly. Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced environment—able to move quickly from concept to execution. Strong communicator and collaborator, experienced in working cross-functionally. Personal interest in wellness, lifestyle, or consumer health is a major plus.
Preferred Experience: Hands-on experience working with UGC creators or influencer-led campaigns. Familiarity with video editing or creative tools (e.g. CapCut, Figma, Adobe suite). Experience in high-growth startups or with DTC consumer brands.
Location: Hybrid from London preferred, though remote applicants within the UK and Europe will also be considered.
Salary: £45,000–£60,000 depending on level of experience and seniority.
