Brand new and exclusive opportunity for a Paid Media Specialist to join a luxury direct-to-consumer brand operating in the premium beauty and wellness space, in an entirely remote UK role. The brand has a strong global presence through its e-commerce platform and select luxury retail partners, and this hire will play a key role in scaling customer acquisition and profitable growth across international markets.
The Paid Media Specialist will take end-to-end ownership of paid performance across Meta and Google, working closely with internal stakeholders to drive online visibility, customer acquisition, and efficient ROI/ROAS. This is a hands-on role suited to someone highly analytical, structured, and confident managing high spend budgets across multiple regions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full daily management of paid media platforms, including:
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search / Shopping / Performance Max as relevant)
- Additional channels such as TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Snapchat (where relevant)
Requirements:
This role requires a blend of Paid Social and Paid Search experience, with particularly strong capability across Meta and Google. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and confident managing large budgets across international regions.
Essential:
- 5+ yearsβ experience managing paid media campaigns
- Strong hands-on experience across:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
Preferred:
- Experience within luxury / premium DTC e-commerce
- Background in beauty, luxury, fashion, premium consumer tech or high AOV products
- Comfortable working in lean teams and proactively supporting wider business growth
- Some experience with Amazon Ads
Tools / Analytics:
- Experience working with analytics and reporting tools such as:
- GA4
- Looker Studio
- Supermetrics
- Power BI (or similar)
- Triple Whale
Salary: circa Β£50,000 per annum (Some flexibility)
