Our client, a UK based Advertising Agency, is on a mission to revolutionise lead generation and growth. In a stage of rapid scaling, they are looking for a talented PPC Manager / Google Ads Specialist to join our team remotely, working side-by-side with the existing team and C-Level. Job Role
- Creating, managing, and optimising high-performing Google Ads campaigns across a variety of client industries.
- Analysing performance data to deliver actionable insights and drive measurable growth.

- Managing budgets strategically to maximise ROI and scale profitable campaigns.
- Staying ahead of industry trends, tools, and tactics to keep us at the cutting edge.

Requirements
- 3+ years managing Google Ads campaigns in an agency environment.
- Lead generation, e-commerce or B2B experience.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results and scaling accounts profitably.
- Sharp analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into winning strategies.
- Confidence using Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and related tools.
- Excellent communication skills β both written and verbal.

Fully remote role with direct access to the founder. Salary up to Β£40,000 per year. Location: Fully remote (UK-based). Monday to Friday, 9 AM β 5 PM. Career progression in line with company growth. Company events & celebrations (virtual and in-person meet-ups).
