Role: The agency is looking for an experienced Paid Social Specialist with several years of expertise in paid social advertising and a proven track record of managing ad spend and driving ROI. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute, optimise, and innovate paid social strategies for various brands.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement paid social advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
- Monitor and optimise ad campaigns to consistently achieve monthly ad spend and revenue KPIs.
- Utilise reporting tools such as Shopify Reports, Motion, Agency Analytics, and Triple Whale for data-driven decisions.
- Conduct A/B testing on new creatives, audiences, and strategies to scale campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
Client Relations:
- Foster strong relationships by setting clear expectations, understanding client goals, and delivering results that align with their objectives.
- Provide regular updates on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations.
- Write direct-response copy that resonates with target audiences and produces engaging ads.
- Champion creative strategies by developing testing roadmaps, analysing performance, and exploring new creative angles.
- Work closely with the Head of Paid Social and team to align on campaign goals and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in paid social advertising, with responsibility for client accounts spending £30k-£50k monthly.
- Proficiency in Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest platforms.
- Proven ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
- Agency or startup experience, particularly within the D2C/ecommerce industry.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, interpreting data to drive campaign improvements.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and fluent in English.
Location: Fully remote, based in the United Kingdom (preference to candidates in Poole). 28 days of paid annual leave plus.
