- Photography & video: Capture high-quality product imagery with a DSLR camera and edit both stills and video content for campaigns and digital channels.

- Brand collateral: Design decks, presentations, and other assets to support internal and external initiatives.
- Creative initiative: Take ownership of ideas — contributing to and helping shape the creative direction.
- Quality assurance: Ensure all deliverables are free from typos, spacing issues, or design inconsistencies, always maintaining high standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Creative / Graphic / Marketing Designer, ideally within beauty, luxury, or consumer brands.
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates premium, polished design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Experience editing both static and video content.
- Exposure to AI design tools (e.g. MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway) and eagerness to innovate with them.
- Exceptional attention to detail, from typography and alignment to spelling and grammar.
- Ability to work independently, take feedback, and adapt quickly to brand style.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Package
- Remote role, based in the UK.
- Opportunity to contribute to the creative growth of one of the UK’s most exciting luxury beauty brands.
