An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and passionate Campaign Manager / Marketing Manager to join a leading and well-respected music marketing agency specialising in marketing for live events, venues and experiences. With a growing portfolio of high-profile clients across festivals, venues, sports and hospitality, this role is ideal for an experienced marketer who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments.
The Role:
As Campaign Manager / Marketing Manager, you’ll oversee key client retainers and manage multi-channel campaigns for events and venues across the UK and internationally. You’ll act as the central point of contact for clients, project managing campaigns from inception to delivery, ensuring performance-led execution and ongoing strategic alignment. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams including paid media specialists, content creators, and strategists. You’ll also support content production, manage client communications, deliver impactful reporting, and drive continuous improvements in campaign execution. This role offers a unique platform to further your career in event marketing while working with some of the most exciting names in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of client campaign strategies across festivals, venues, and live events
- Translate strategic plans into actionable briefs and support clients in delivering best-in-class campaigns
- Serve as the key project manager for client retainers, ensuring smooth coordination across departments
- Maintain strong client relationships at all levels, including reporting to senior stakeholders
- Produce detailed reports to track and communicate campaign performance and ROI
- Guide and collaborate with a Content Executive to create effective ticket-driving assets (e.g. paid ad creatives, emails, influencer briefs)
- Stay up to date with trends across digital marketing, social media, and the content creator economy
- Promote best practices in project management and optimise internal processes for efficiency
Requirements:
- 3+ years of marketing experience in events, venues, or similar live entertainment sectors
- Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns that drive ticket sales or footfall
- Strong knowledge of performance channels such as email marketing, paid media, and influencer management
- Experience running campaigns involving content creators/influencers and understanding of current social trends
- Confident client communicator, comfortable presenting results and strategic recommendations
- AI literate and enthusiastic about staying current with marketing innovations and best practices
- Skilled in managing marketing material production and briefing (e.g. video, graphics)
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiar with major digital marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, etc.)
- Ability to travel to client sites or agency offices in Manchester or London as required
- Degree not essential
Location: Hybrid, Manchester OR London based, with 2-3 days (flexible) in Office and 2-3 days WFH
Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 per annum depending on experience.
