Overview
We're working with a growing CRM consultancy that is investing heavily in its technology and implementation function following a significant increase in project demand. Having built a strong sales pipeline and secured a number of new CRM implementation projects, they're now looking for an experienced CRM Project Manager to join the team and take ownership of multiple client projects from discovery through to go-live. This is not a Customer Success role and it is not a CRM Consultant position. They're looking for someone whose focus is project delivery. Someone who can confidently manage complex CRM, software or digital transformation projects, coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure implementations are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
The Role
You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of CRM implementation projects across sectors including membership organisations, charities and professional associations. Working closely with consultants, technical specialists and clients, you'll oversee the full project lifecycle from initial discovery through to successful deployment.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple client implementation projects simultaneously
- Creating and maintaining detailed project plans and timelines
- Leading discovery sessions and requirements gathering workshops
- Coordinating project resources and stakeholders
- Managing data migration workstreams
- Overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Managing go-live and cutover activities
- Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues
- Providing regular client updates and project reporting
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Building strong relationships with clients throughout the implementation process
About You
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who has delivered technology, CRM, software implementation or digital transformation projects in a client-facing environment. You may currently be working as a:
- CRM Project Manager
- HubSpot Project Manager
- Salesforce Project Manager
- Dynamics Project Manager
- Software Implementation Project Manager
- Technical Project Manager
- Digital Transformation Project Manager
You'll ideally have:
- Experience managing multiple concurrent client projects
- Strong project planning and delivery experience
- Experience with discovery and requirements gathering
- Experience managing data migration projects
- Experience overseeing UAT and go-live phases
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and client-facing abilities
- Experience working with project management methodologies and tools
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or Zoho would be highly beneficial.
- Prince2 certification would also be advantageous.
