Working with some of the most recognisable names in festivals, sports, and hospitality, this role is perfect for an experienced account handler who understands paid media and thrives in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
You’ll be joining in a client-facing role, alongside a collaborative team of paid media specialists, strategists, and creatives who are dedicated to delivering impactful, data-led campaigns that fill venues, grow fanbases, and drive ticket sales.
The Role
As Paid Media Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships and ensuring smooth communication across campaigns. While the technical strategy and optimisation are handled by specialist Paid Media Managers, you’ll take the lead on client confidence, reporting, and project flow ensuring clients feel supported and informed at every stage. Your role is about translating performance data into clear insights, managing expectations, and keeping the campaign process running seamlessly, particularly during high-intensity on-sale moments.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main client contact, leading weekly calls and day-to-day communication
- Build trust through proactive relationship management and performance storytelling
- Prepare and present reports that connect campaign spend to outcomes and highlight next steps
- Coordinate between clients and Paid Media Managers to ensure efficient workflows
- Manage client requests, priorities, and expectations clearly and promptly
- Support the wider team in delivering high-impact campaigns across festivals, sports, and experiences
Requirements
- 3+ years’ agency experience, ideally with events, entertainment, or consumer brands
- Strong account management skills with proven experience leading client relationships
- Confident communicator, able to translate performance data into clear, jargon-free insights
- Solid understanding of paid media channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat)
- Highly organised, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Passion for events, live entertainment, and performance-driven marketing
Location
Hybrid, Manchester or London based, with three days in the office (Mon–Wed) and two days remote working. Some travel to client sites required.
Salary
£36,000 – £45,000 depending on experience.
