As a Paid Social (Meta Specialist), you will play a key role in driving the agency’s lead-generation efforts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead Gen & Campaign Management: Designing, executing, and optimising paid social campaigns, particularly on Meta Ads, to generate high-quality leads.
- Analytics & Insights: Monitoring performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS) using tools like Google Analytics to guide decision-making.
- Client Collaboration: Participating in regular client calls to provide updates, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Scaling Strategies: Innovating with A/B testing and staying ahead of industry trends to maximise campaign impact.
- Account Management: Managing client relationships and ensuring accounts are handled with care and professionalism.
The agency is looking for someone who brings:
- Meta Ads Expertise: A proven track record of managing lead generation campaigns with advanced targeting and pixel tracking and omnichannel expertise of other platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Paid Social Experience: Several years of experience, preferably in an agency or performance marketing environment.
