Caralex Recruitment Limited has been asked to recruit a Utilities Coordinator for a well-respected construction company based in Berkshire. The role will entail being the point of contact for all utility matters, from initial telephone calls regarding disconnections and new connections, managing new and existing relationships with various utility providers, monitoring progress made and ensuring design & working drawings are efficiently managed and organised.
You will have previously worked in a role that links utilities and construction, such as working for a utilities provider in a Technical Coordinator role or within a new connections department, or working directly for a construction company liaising with utilities companies, or for a utilities design consultancy.
The use of AutoCAD for basic design for supply lines would be advantageous, but training will be provided on this as necessary. The role will suit someone process driven, who is logical and able to prioritise their work in the right order to make progress.
