You will be working on a range of construction projects including, refurbishments, extensions, listed building renovations, barn conversions, and more.
You will be responsible for supervising construction sites and coordinating trades to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
The role will entail
Supervising day-to-day site activities and coordinating subcontractors and site teams.
Carrying out site inspections, monitoring quality, and ensuring work is completed in line with drawings.
Ordering materials and ensuring labour, plant, and equipment are available when required.
Ensuring health and safety procedures, safety plans, and method statements are followed on site.
Maintaining site records and ensuring work areas are kept safe and organised.
Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure projects run smoothly.
The ideal candidate will have previous site supervision experience and have good knowledge of current building regulations
