The role will entail managing a small number of new build residential projects, to lead and take responsibility for site teams to ensure a very good quality of construction and high Health & Safety compliance,
You will have ideally worked as a Contracts Manager for a housebuilder, hold an SMSTS qualification, and have experience in planning sites, managing costs effectively, and be able to produce and adhere to build programmes.
