Commercial Manager

Caralex Recruitment Limited have been asked to recruit a Commercial Manager for a well-regarded housebuilder based in Buckinghamshire. The role will entail overseeing several sites commercially and reporting accurately to the Commercial Director. The day-to-day work will include: Setting and monitoring budgets. Agree contracts with Sub-Contractors and Suppliers. Cost-reporting.  Agreeing monthly valuations and variations with Sub-Contractors Monitor performance of Sub-Contractors and Suppliers to ensure high standards.
