Caralex Recruitment Limited have been asked to recruit a Senior Land Manager for a housebuilder covering Berkshire and the surrounding counties. The role will be to source appropriate sites to buy that meet the Company’s criteria. There is a planning team in place ready to deal with much of the processing, freeing up the land team to network and do deals.
You will ideally be a Land Manager with a residential developer and ready to move to a company that allows you to look at large projects, and has the budget and appetite to support buying them. You will be keen to network and work with existing and new contacts to bring land to the business.
