Job Description Caralex Recruitment Limited have been asked to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to bolster a commercial department of a well-regarded new build residential developer. \n The role will entail running a large residential project in North Somerset with the support of a trainee Quantity Surveyor whilst reporting to the Commercial Manager. \n The day-to-day work will include: \n - writing reports and preparing documents such as contracts, budgets and plans. \n - feasibility studies. \n - cost control, estimation, planning and forecasting. \n - cost benefit analysis. \n - dispute resolution. \n - valuations and value engineering. \n - providing information toMaterials Buyers, the Technical & Sales teams etcas necessary. \n You will ideally hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management, have previously worked with ahousebuilder or main contractor as a Quantity Surveyor and now be ready for a new challenge. \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
