We are working with an internationally recognised technology and retail business that is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support their Procurement Transformation programme. The programme will be run by a small team of one Project Manager & two BAs, supported by SMEs from the business and reporting to the Head of Group Procurement.
The programme aims to:
- Redesign the Group Procurement Op Model – policy, processes, structure, RACI
- Design and implement Supplier Risk Management
- Develop Group-wide contracts management
- Design, develop and implement Group-wide procurement data
- Specify, procure and implement a Supplier Risk Management System, Contracts Database and Source to Pay
- Effect a cultural change around procurement and cost control
