Our client is seeking a proactive Media & Partnerships Coordinator to support their Media & Partnerships team across multi-channel campaigns and partnership execution. About the Role
As a key support to the team, you’ll help deliver smooth, timely campaigns by managing information flow, coordination and admin across partners and internal stakeholders. You’ll work closely with media, DSPs, radio teams and external partners, ensuring operational excellence and contributing to campaign momentum. This role sits at the heart of campaign execution and provides strong exposure to cross functional workflows within a major music company.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, organise and maintain campaign information, data and reporting
- Coordinate partner meetings including presentation preparation, diary management and agendas
- Support release schedule administration and campaign timeline tracking
- Assist with radio and DSP partner activity including tracking deliveries and follow ups
- Prepare internal and external assets and communications as required
- Liaise with internal teams such as Marketing and Analytics as well as external partners to ensure campaigns stay on track
- Support basic reporting and campaign performance summaries
You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in the music industry ideally in an assistant or coordinator level role
- A clear interest in radio, streaming and media partnerships and curiosity about how these platforms shape artist careers
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
