A global organisation operating across 50+ countries is undertaking a major multi-year cyber transformation programme, investing significantly in new security capabilities across a highly diverse and federated business environment. As part of this transformation, we are seeking an experienced Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) Delivery Lead to define and deliver an enterprise-wide Zero Trust strategy and roadmap. Reporting to the Head of Cyber Transformation Programme, this is a high-impact leadership role responsible for turning Zero Trust strategy into practical, scalable implementation across a complex environment spanning manufacturing, retail, food production, agriculture, and global supply chains.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Defining the enterprise Zero Trust strategy, roadmap, and implementation approach
- Owning the Zero Trust architecture across identity, endpoint, network, application, and cloud domains
- Developing scalable global blueprints, standards, and governance models for adoption across multiple business divisions
- Leading delivery across cross-functional workstreams including Identity, Network Security, Endpoint Management, and Cloud Security
- Managing programme governance, budgets, vendor relationships, risks, and executive reporting
- Driving divisional adoption and stakeholder engagement across a highly decentralised operating model
- Ensuring successful transition of Zero Trust capabilities into BAU operations

- Conditional Access & Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
- Microsoft Defender & Intune
- Zscaler / ZTNA platforms
- Enterprise identity, endpoint, cloud, and network security architecture
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience leading large-scale Zero Trust or cyber transformation programmes end-to-end
- Strong enterprise architecture capability combined with hands-on delivery leadership
- Experience operating within large, federated, or multi-divisional organisations
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders and secure executive alignment across complex environments
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust principles across identity, device, network, application, and data security
- Experience managing complex delivery dependencies, vendors, budgets, and multi-year transformation roadmaps
Desirable qualifications:
- CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, SABSA, Microsoft SC-100 or equivalent
- Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or operational technology (OT) environments highly advantageous
