9 Month Contract - Day Rate - Outside IR35
We’re hiring a Global ER/People Advisory Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality, consistent employee relations support across a global organisation, operating through a (currently being implemented) Shared Services model. This is a senior operational role, responsible for shaping ER policy, managing risk, and ensuring managers and People Partners receive clear, pragmatic and legally sound guidance.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading global ER advisory delivery through an SSC model
- Owning and evolving ER policy and frameworks
- Overseeing complex ER casework and risk management
- Partnering with Legal and People teams on employment law and policy application
- Using data and insight to identify trends, risks and improvements
- Coaching ER Advisors and improving capability across the business
What we’re looking for:
- Strong ER / People Advisory leadership experience in a multi-country environment
- Solid employment law knowledge with practical application
- Experience managing complex ER cases and risk
- Confident stakeholder management across senior leaders and People teams
- Comfortable working in a shared services or centralised model
