What You’ll Be Doing
- Partnering with our Talent Acquisition Partners to understand client needs across Finance functions — from FP&A to Treasury and Audit.
- Designing and executing sourcing strategies that go beyond the obvious, using data, tech, and a touch of intuition.
- Building diverse, high-performing talent pipelines that reflect our clients’ values and ambitions.
- Engaging passive candidates with compelling narratives that spark interest and trust.
- Using insights to continuously improve sourcing outcomes and candidate experience.

- Proven experience in sourcing or recruiting Finance professionals, ideally in-house or within an RPO/advisory setting.
