What You’ll Do
As a Graduate Sales Executive, you’ll learn the full customer journey from first enquiry to vehicle hand-over and repeat business. You’ll:
- Respond to inbound enquiries and generate new leads
- Build relationships with schools, charities, fleet buyers and councils
- Learn consultative sales techniques (BANT, needs analysis, solution selling)
- Prepare quotes and manage deals through our CRM system
- Work with marketing on campaigns and LinkedIn outreach
- Attend customer meetings, vehicle demos and handovers
- Develop sector expertise in specialist vehicle solutions
You’ll be mentored by experienced sales managers and trained in product knowledge, finance options, and customer relationship management.
What We’re Looking For
