Full-time, permanent | 37 hours | Monday-Thursday 7.30am-4.45pm | Friday 7.30am-11.00am (with every second Friday off)

Salary: £27k OTE (performance related)

Work-life balance: The role includes an early finish every Friday and the opportunity to work a 9-day fortnight. If your personal circumstances don't allow or you choose not to work a 9-day fortnight, your working hours will be Monday to Thursday 8.00-4.30pm and Friday 8.00-1.00pm.

The role: As a CVM World Valeter, you will be responsible for preparing new and used vehicles to a consistently high standard for photography, online advertising and, most importantly, customer handover. Helping to organise the yard and keep vehicles moving efficiently through the site. Taking vehicles to and from MOT testing when required. You work cooperatively, help colleagues when needed and understand that everyone contributes to the customer experience. You care about the quality of your work and notice the small things that make a vehicle presentation-ready.

Flexible: You are willing to adapt and support the wider team when priorities change.
