Full-Time - (36.5 hours per week), Monday to Friday (Monday to Thursday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm and Friday 9.00 am to 4.00 pm)

Salary - £42k OTE uncapped and added profitability bonuses

As a Business Development Executive, you will be required to assist customers through the purchase of their vehicle from handling incoming enquiries to making prospective calls. You will be responsible for the customer’s journey up to vehicle handover and re-engage with them to ensure retention when the time comes. You will be advising the customers on vehicle choices, accessory products and will naturally build a rapport with them to help identify their needs. You will be focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience using our company’s established voice.

Demonstrable sales experience is essential as is the ability to demonstrate the skills and attitude required for sales success. Business Development Manager Role:

  • Proactively source new business and sectors
  • Problem solving and consultative selling methodology
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Maintain product knowledge and how to apply it to customer needs
  • Use an adapted BANT sales methodology to qualify customers
  • Proactively manage customer accounts
  • Accurate record entry to in-house CRM
  • Produce quotes and sale control documents
  • Maximise revenue opportunities
  • Actively account manage fleet customers to increase your personal sales

Holding a full UK Driving Licence with D1 Class would be advantageous but not essential. Sales experience is essential.
