Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
- Book appointments for vehicle viewings (commission per booking)
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and problem‐solving skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Basic computer knowledge
- Previous experience in customer service (a plus, but not required)
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: £15,000 basic with an achievable first‐year OTE of £60,000
- Benefits: Uncapped commission, free parking onsite, monthly commission incentives, and 28 days of annual holiday
Hours:
- Week 1: Monday‐Saturday 08:45‐18:00 or 11:45‐21:00 and Sunday 10:00‐17:00 (Tuesday fixed day off).
- Week 2: Monday‐Saturday 08:45‐18:00 or 11:45‐21:00 and Sunday 10:00‐17:00 (Tuesday and Wednesdays off)
Job Type: Full‐time, Permanent
Education: A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience: Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
