Hours: 1:00pm – 9:00pm, 5.5 days per week (rota Tue–Sun / Wed–Sun)
About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, organised Transport Admin to take full control of our evening vehicle movements. This is not a basic admin role. You will be responsible for planning, reviewing, and signing off transport jobs ensuring every vehicle is moved efficiently, accurately, and without error. You will be the central point of control between drivers and internal/external teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and allocate all vehicle movements (collections, transfers, internal moves)
- Track live jobs and ensure all movements are completed on time
- Review and sign off all jobs (locations, routes, job details)
- Validate driver payments, mileage and images to prevent errors or overpayment
- Investigate and challenge any incorrect or suspicious job details (locations, images, pricing)
- Act as main point of contact for drivers during your shift
- Liaise with prep, buying, and sales teams to prioritise movements
- Escalate issues quickly and take ownership to resolve them

- Strong admin or coordination experience (transport/logistics preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail - errors are unacceptable
- Analytical mindset - able to spot issues and question things that don’t look right
- Confident making decisions and taking ownership
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple moving parts
- Fast and accurate with systems
Level of Responsibility
You will be trusted to approve transport jobs, locations, and payments. Mistakes in this role directly impact cost, efficiency, and operations; accuracy and accountability are critical.
