Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
  • Booking in appointments for vehicle viewings (commission per booking)
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Previous experience in customer service (a plus, but not required)

Salary: £15,000 basic with an achievable first-year OTE of £60,000

Benefits: Uncapped commission, free parking onsite, monthly commission incentives, and 28 days of annual holiday

Hours: Week 1: Monday to Saturday 08:45 to 18:00 or 11:45 to 21:00 and Sunday 10:00 - 17:00 (Tuesday fixed day off). Week 2: Monday to Saturday 08:45 to 18:00 or 11:45 to 21:00 and Sunday 10:00 - 17:00 (Tuesday and Wednesdays off)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
