We have an opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our new Car Supermarket based in Watford (stocking 1000+ pre-owned vehicles). We are looking for a highly organised, collaborative and flexible person to be part of our team. The ideal candidate will be someone who loves systems, customer service skills, excellent written and organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
What will you be doing?
- Handle inbound and outbound email/phone enquiries and direct customers to the relevant teams
- Ensure accurate records for parts, service and sales are kept and updated in a timely manner
- Ensure vehicle documents are scanned on our system for sales team and customers
- Process customer documents and transfer v5 ownership on sold vehicles
- Liaise with the sales team to ensure sales diaries are accurate and up to date

The Package

- Week 2: 5 day working week (Saturday mandatory)
- Working hours: 08:45 - 18:00 or 11:45 - 21:00
