• Analyze traffic patterns, road conditions, and schedules to adjust routes in real time.

• Work closely with drivers, dispatchers, and the operations team to ensure smooth collections

• Utilize route planning software to develop effective, time-saving routes.

• Monitor and report on route performance, identifying areas for improvement.

• Experience in logistics, transportation, or a similar role.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in route optimization software and GPS tools.

• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
