Job Title: Master Technician
Reporting to: Workshop Manager
Department: Mechanical
Location: Enfield
Are you a Car Technician, with 7+ years’ experience? Are you a great problem solver? Do you have the drive to set your own targets and exceed them? If so, this might be the right role for you!
We have an opportunity for an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to lead our new Car Supermarket’s in-house mechanical team in Enfield (stocking 1,500+ used cars).
You will have your own state-of-the-art workshop with the opportunity to build your own team of mechanics as we expand. Your focus is on delivering great results with a quality \’First Time Fix.\’
What will I be doing?
– Overseeing a team of mechanics
– Service, diagnose and repair a fleet of mixed vehicles to the highest manufacturer standards
– Carry out road tests when required to confirm and diagnose correct operation
– Ensure workspace and tools/equipment is maintained to a high standard
What do I need for this role?
– Your own tools to be stored in a secure tool box provided by us
– 7+ years experience as a vehicle technician
– Understand and comply with health and safety standards
– A full and valid Driving Licence
It will be a bonus if you had:
– MOT Tester qualification
– NVQ (or equivalent) in Motor Vehicle Technology Lvl3+
The Package
– Basic Salary: up to £60,000 (depending on experience) £80,000 OTE
Other Benefits include
Annual holiday – 28 days
Working Hours: (two different shifts available)
Option 1: Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm – Every other Saturday
Option 2: Monday to Friday, 3:00pm to 11:30pm – Every other Saturday
