Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
- Book in appointments for vehicle viewings (commission per booking)
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets
