We have an opportunity for a sales executive to join our Car Supermarket based in Barnet (1,500+ used vehicles in group stock). You will have unlimited earning opportunities with our uncapped OTE. With a competitive basic salary and a more than achievable first year Basic + OTE of £125,000.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Automotive sales or proven sales experience in a customer-centric role from a different industry (you'll get all the training you need to make a successful switch).

What will you be doing?

  • Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions from our existing/incoming stock range
  • Inform customers of additional services we offer including finance, insurance, accessories and service plans
  • Provide customers with detailed quotations and cost calculations
  • Negotiate terms of sales, part exchanges and close deals
  • Deal with after sales queries and handle these with a customer first approach
  • Other administrative and hands-on tasks in the business will be required when needed

The Package

Salary: Up to £20,000 Basic DOE £125,000 OTE (uncapped commission)

The Hours

Week 1: 6 day working week (1 weekday off)
Week 2: 5 day working week, 2 days off (2 weekdays off)
Monday to Friday: 08:45 - 18:00 or 11:45 to 21:00
Sunday: 10:00 - 17:00
