We’re hiring our first in‑house IT & Compliance Coordinator to support around 300 staff and help keep our business running smoothly and securely. This is a broad, hands‑on role combining IT support, system testing, stock security, and compliance/H&S administration. It’s ideal for someone with solid IT support experience who is organised, process‑driven, and keen to take ownership of wider responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Microsoft 365 accounts, staff access, and devices
  • Provide day‑to‑day support for laptops, printers, VOIP, networking, and CCTV
  • Maintain updates, backups, and IT security basics (antivirus, firewalls)
  • QC/UAT internal systems before rollout; flag issues to developers
  • Support stock tracking and security via IT systems (CCTV, logins, stock registers)
  • Maintain compliance logs, staff access records, and reporting templates
  • Assist managers with H&S checks (fire safety, workstation setup, equipment logs)
  • Raise and elevate compliance or H&S issues as needed
  • Monitor IT‑driven security (CCTV, access control, stock records)
  • Work with operations to ensure vehicles are logged, located, and secure
  • Support audits and investigations into stock discrepancies
  • Handle GDPR requests, including SAR requests
  • Site visits to all branches (main base is Mega) – must be able to drive

Requirements

  • 2–4 years’ IT support/sysadmin experience
  • Strong Microsoft 365 and basic networking skills
  • Organised, process‑driven, with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and liaising with multiple departments
  • Experience with an RMM
  • Experience with VoIP systems
  • Experience with asset management
  • Experience with Unifi Networks
  • Experience with CCTV/stock tracking systems
  • Familiarity with H&S or compliance admin
  • Interest in broadening beyond IT into operational compliance
