The candidate must have experience in repairing, refurbishing, and maintaining alloy wheels and a passion for cars. *Responsibilities and learning opportunities.*
- Oversee the team. ensuring all targets are met to a high standard
- Experince with diamond cut machine
- Repair, refurbish, and maintain alloy wheels to a high standard.
- Inspect and diagnose damage to alloy wheels.
- Use specialist equipment and tools to carry out work on alloy wheels.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Keep up to date with the latest repair techniques and technologies.
*Desirables*:
- Experience in repairing, refurbishing, and maintaining alloy wheels.
- Knowledge of wheel repair equipment and processes.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work to a high standard.
- A full and valid driving license (Manual).
- A passion for cars and an interest in the automotive industry.
- Experience working as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work more weekends or overtime as required.
*Working Hours:*
- Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm
- Every other Saturday, 7:00am to 2:30pm
*Salary and Career Prospects:*
The salary for this position will be determined based on the candidate's experience and will fall within the range of 30-46k per annum.
