- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
- A genuine interest in digital products, AI tools, and user-centred design.
What You’ll Get
- Direct access to leadership and involvement in decision-making.
- Real influence over products and design from day one.
- Rapid career progression within a growing organisation.
