Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Barnet. This is an exciting opportunity to build and lead our digital marketing department from the ground up. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for driving our online marketing efforts across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and affiliate marketing. Additionally, you will oversee AutoTrader advertising, contribute to our pricing strategy, and ensure all marketing decisions are data-driven., * Develop and manage digital marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and affiliate marketing to generate high-quality leads.

• Oversee Auto Trader adverts and contribute to pricing strategy alignment.

• Utilize Google Analytics to analyze web traffic and user behavior, optimizing campaigns for better conversion.

• Implement data-driven decision-making to maximize ROI on marketing spend.

• Monitor campaign performance, providing regular reports to the board of directors.

• Drive innovation by staying ahead of industry trends and exploring new digital tools.

• Proven experience in digital marketing, with expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and affiliate marketing.

• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Google Analytics and data-driven decision-making.

• Experience managing Auto Trader adverts and contributing to pricing strategies.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

• Experience in the motor trade is an advantage but not essential., Bachelor’s (preferred), Digital marketing: 3 years (required)
