We are looking for a Complaints Handler to join our rapidly growing Car Supermarket (stocking around 1,500+ pre-owned vehicles) based in Enfield with a competitive basic salary of £30,000 per annum (DOE) and a more than achievable first year OTE of £36,000.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer complaints by email, phone and in person
  • Managing a high number of inbound and outbound calls per day
  • Ensuring deadlines are achieved and closing aftersales tickets with urgency whilst maintaining a high quality of service
  • Booking vehicles in and advising on duration of repairs
  • Getting authorisation for any additional work / repairs that may need carrying out
  • Negotiate external repair fees and parts prices
  • Delegate repairs internally and liaise with our Warranty Company
  • Arrange refunds of repairs direct to customers
  • Carrying out all administrative work related to After Sales duties including courtesy car agreements, trade order repair estimates, printing and vehicle repair reports
  • Complying with FCA rules and regulations

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:30 Every other Saturday

Compensation Package:

Basic up to £30,000 (depending on experience) with an OTE of £36,000+

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year

Additional pay: Bonus scheme, Commission pay, Performance bonus, Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate: Enfield: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
