Motorvogue are a forward-thinking company working with the following brands across 6 locations: Fiat, Fiat Professional, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, CUPRA, SEAT, Hyundai, Citroen, Peugeot and Omoda & Jaecoo. With showrooms in Northampton, Bedford, Kings Lynn, Norwich, and Bury St Edmunds. Our sixth site opened in Dunstable in April 2024. We continue to grow and develop moving forward.
We are recruiting for a full time Parts Advisor for our multi-brand branch at Bury St Edmunds. Experience of working in a busy multi-franchise main dealer parts department is desirable, along with knowledge of using Keyloop Dealer Management Systems (or an equivalent) and an electronic cataloguing system. Parts experience is essential along with a history of working under pressure and hitting targets.
You'll be taking calls from local independent garages, desperate for parts to complete their next job. You'll also be assisting retail and trade customers on our counter and you'll be charged with hitting your own sales targets and building the customer base of the branch. The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and have a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. This is a varied and challenging role, suited to someone who can work well both in a team and individually.

Remuneration
We provide a basic salary of £30,000 PA with a generous bonus structure (OTE £35k). The current working pattern is 5 days a week (Monday-Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm). Occasional Saturdays will be required (payable overtime). You will also get your birthday off once probation has been passed.
