MASTER TECHNICIAN

Our Master Technicians play a pivotal role in ensuring a first time fix culture to maximise our customer satisfaction and experience, reducing operating costs for our dealerships.

Primarily the Master Technician is the dealership technical expert whose role is to interpret and diagnose faults and assist colleagues where necessary.

Ideally CUPRA/SEAT trained, you will possess a relevant formal qualification as a minimum requirement for this role.

You will be a great team player, and have the ability to work to and achieve targets and objectives.

A full driving licence is essential for this role.

You Will Be Able To

  • Utilise your technical knowledge to perform diagnostics, maintenance and repairs on many types of vehicles to the highest quality using manufacturer equipment.
  • Maintain company and brand standards and adhere to time constraints.
  • Communicate issues to the front of house team
  • Carry out MOTs
  • Work on electrical and mechanical systems
  • Inspect components for wear and tear
