Technician
Motorvogue is a forward‑thinking company working with the following brands across 6 locations: Fiat, Fiat Professional, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, CUPRA, SEAT, Hyundai, Citroën, Peugeot, Omoda & Jaecoo. The showrooms are located in Northampton, Bedford, King’s Lynn, Norwich, Bury St Edmunds and, since April 2024, Dunstable.
Due to an increasing workload we are looking for an experienced Technician for our Fiat, Abarth, Citroën, and Peugeot Aftersales department.
About You
- Level 3 qualification with at least 2 years experience in a similar role within the motor industry, ideally with main dealer experience. Experience with our brands would be a distinct advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to be highly organised and prioritise workloads.
- Positive attitude at all times and always lead by example.
Duties Will Include
- Deliver a fantastic customer experience.
- Car repairs and servicing.
- Diagnostics.
- MOT testing.
- Highlight up‑selling opportunities.
- Complete work in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work confidently both independently and as part of a team.
Remuneration and Benefits
- Industry‑leading salary of £32,000 – £36,000 depending on experience.
- Bonus scheme (OTE £40k).

- 22 days holiday (5‑day week) or 18 days holiday (4‑day week) plus bank holidays.
- Birthday off after probation.
Our normal working hours are 4 or 5 days per week (weekdays only). A driving licence is essential for this role.
