About the Position
Motorvogue is a forward‑thinking company with six sites across the UK, selling brands such as Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, CUPRA, SEAT, Hyundai, Citroen, Peugeot, Omoda and Jaecoo. We are looking for a Sales Executive to join the Bury St Edmunds showroom.
You will be a people person, confident, enthusiastic and customer‑focused. You will be part of a dedicated sales team that values delivering an excellent customer experience and offers career development across the group.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with customers, maintaining regular contact to understand their needs and keeping them informed about our products.
- Prospect new customers by telephone and maintain your own enquiry database.
- Keep product knowledge up‑to‑date through manufacturer‑led training.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain good housekeeping standards.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Full driving licence with no more than six penalty points and a reasonable commute to Bury St Edmunds.
- Experience in retail or sales is preferred.
Our working pattern is 5.5 days on average (five days the first week, six days the second week), including weekends. You will also receive your birthday off once probation has been passed.
We offer a base salary of £25,000 and a company car, with realistic on‑target earnings up to £40,000 (unrestricted) and the potential to earn over £50,000.
