About the Role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Cargiant, London\’s largest used car dealership, is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Collections Advisor to join our dynamic Customer Service team. You\’ll be the key touchpoint in the final stages of our customer journey – ensuring a seamless, professional, and memorable experience during vehicle collection.

We’re looking for individuals with a positive attitude, a can-do mindset, and the ability to deliver excellence under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage with customers professionally at the handover/transaction stage.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to meet and exceed satisfaction targets.

  • Ensure vehicles are ready for collection and coordinate customer bookings.

  • Process different forms of payment.

  • Manage and hand over all vehicle documentation and collect part-exchange details.

  • Liaise with the workshop, admin, and customer service management to support efficient same-day collections and handle late collections.

  • Handle warranty enquiries with confidence and professionalism.

  • Guide customers to key collection points and ensure their journey ends on a high note.

  • Follow all company scripts, procedures, and compliance standards, including FCA and anti-money laundering regulations.
