About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Cargiant, London\’s largest used car dealership, is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Collections Advisor to join our dynamic Customer Service team. You\’ll be the key touchpoint in the final stages of our customer journey – ensuring a seamless, professional, and memorable experience during vehicle collection.
We’re looking for individuals with a positive attitude, a can-do mindset, and the ability to deliver excellence under pressure.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and engage with customers professionally at the handover/transaction stage.

Deliver outstanding customer service to meet and exceed satisfaction targets.

Ensure vehicles are ready for collection and coordinate customer bookings.

Process different forms of payment.

Manage and hand over all vehicle documentation and collect part-exchange details.

Liaise with the workshop, admin, and customer service management to support efficient same-day collections and handle late collections.

Handle warranty enquiries with confidence and professionalism.

Guide customers to key collection points and ensure their journey ends on a high note.

Follow all company scripts, procedures, and compliance standards, including FCA and anti-money laundering regulations.
