An established and highly respected dealership in Warrington is seeking an organised and proactive Vehicle Sales Administrator to join its busy on-site team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful dealership with a strong local reputation, supporting the sales operation and ensuring all administration relating to vehicle sales is completed accurately and efficiently.
You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the dealership, managing everything from vehicle invoicing and stock records to part exchanges, finance settlements and DVLA documentation.
The position would suit someone with excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a practical, can-do attitude.
Previous motor trade experience would be advantageous, although experienced administrators from other industries who are confident learning new systems and processes are also encouraged to apply.

Competitive salary up to £30,000, depending on experience
Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm
Occasional Saturday working (approximately one in two once fully trained)

The Role
Processing vehicle sales from order through to completion
Raising and managing vehicle sales invoices
Maintaining accurate vehicle stock records and dealership systems
Recording part exchanges and processing associated documentation
Obtaining finance settlement figures where required
Managing DVLA administration, including vehicle taxation, V5C documentation and change of keeper requirements
Ensuring customer, vehicle and deal information is accurately recorded
Checking all paperwork, payments and documentation are complete ahead of vehicle handover
Liaising with the sales team, customers, finance providers and third parties
Managing incoming calls and general dealership enquiries
Supporting the wider dealership team with day-to-day administration
This is a busy, hands-on position where accuracy, organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
-Proactive, reliable and comfortable taking ownership of tasks
-Practical approach to problem-solving with a positive, can-do attitude
-Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook
-Comfortable learning new systems and processes
-Professional, approachable and a strong team player
-Experience with vehicle invoicing, DVLA processes, part exchanges or dealership stock management systems would be particularly beneficial.
