We’re looking for an exceptional sales leader who doesn’t just deliver results, but builds people, shapes behaviours, and instils a winning culture from the very first day. This role sits within our Learning & Development function, but this is a commercial, performance-driven leadership role. The purpose of the role is to develop new starters into high-performing sales professionals within their first 2 months, while embedding the behaviours and mindset that define success here.
Overview
You will own the Sales Academy experience, combining sales leadership, coaching, and cultural leadership to ensure every new starter:
- Lives and breathes our company values from day one
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Driving Sales Performance Early
- Deliver strong commercial outcomes within the first 2 months
- Own onboarding performance including written agreements and product conversions
- Ensure every individual builds momentum quickly and confidently
Leading with the Help of Your Coaching Team
- Lead, develop, and elevate a team of Sales Coaches
- Ensure coaching is consistent, high quality, and performance-focused
- Use coaching as the primary lever to improve behaviours, mindset, and results
Embedding Company Values from Day One
You will be the custodian of culture within the Academy. Through your leadership and your coaching team, you will actively instil and reinforce:
