West Motor Group is looking for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join its dealership in Barnes. This is an exciting opportunity to sell an impressive selection of vehicles across three areas:
- Mitsubishi
- LEPAS, an exciting new Chinese automotive brand entering the UK market
- Quality non-franchised used cars
With the arrival of LEPAS and a varied used-car offering, this role provides excellent scope to build a strong sales pipeline and achieve earnings of more than £50,000.
The role includes:
- Selling new Mitsubishi and LEPAS vehicles
- Selling quality used cars from a range of manufacturers
- Responding to showroom, telephone and online enquiries
- Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Presenting finance, insurance and additional products
- Following up enquiries and maintaining an active sales pipeline
- Achieving individual sales, finance and customer satisfaction targets
- Building relationships that generate repeat and referral business
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 12 months experience as a Car Sales Executive
- Franchised or established used-car dealership experience
- A confident, professional and customer-focused approach
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Enthusiasm for representing a completely new automotive brand
- A full UK driving licence
