About you

You thrive on the phone, operating confidently in a fast-paced, high-volume outbound environment where quick qualification and decisive movement are key. You’re someone who lives and breathes performance cars, whether you’ve sold them, worked around them, or you’re a genuine enthusiast who can’t stop talking about cars. You’re commercially sharp, persuasive without being pushy, and motivated by targets, competition and growth. You’re energised by the idea of helping to build a brand-new category from the ground up, and you take pride in being organised, responsive and disciplined with your CRM habits.

About the role

2025 has been a huge year of growth and we’re only just getting started! We’re launching Performance Car auctions, in addition to Classics, and as one of the first team members you’ll play a crucial role in driving awareness, sourcing high-quality performance stock, and delivering a premium seller experience that matches the expectations of buyers and sellers. Your mission is simple, convert interest into consignments, and consignments into successful sales. You’ll build the sales pipeline, grow our performance cars category presence, and help establish this new vertical as the dominant force in the world of online auctions.
