We are currently looking for a Insurance manager to join our team based out of our Bradford office.
The role will support the protection of our underwriting performance through effective claims oversight, audit governance, risk management and dealer monitoring activities across our automotive warranty portfolio.
This is a highly visible role sitting at the intersection of claims, underwriting and audit. You will act as the technical expert for vehicle and claims-related matters, oversee dealer and administrator audit programmes, drive improvements in risk management processes, and help maximise underwriting performance through robust oversight and analysis. The role also offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, third-party administrators, dealers and claims suppliers, influencing positive outcomes across the business while managing complex claims and customer issues.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience within the automotive, warranty or insurance sector, with a strong background in claims handling, claims oversight and/or audit activities. You will possess a solid understanding of vehicle mechanics and insurance processes, alongside the ability to review risk, challenge stakeholders and make sound decisions on complex claims and customer matters. Strong communication skills, commercial awareness and experience managing audit or control frameworks are essential.
