Car Care Plan, an AmTrust business, is proud to be a leading provider of award-winning vehicle warranty. Our automotive protection expertise ensures our products are dependable, allowing for high customer satisfaction rates and successful motoring.
We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our team based out of our Bradford office. The role will act as the bridge between business teams and IT. It involves gathering, documenting and translating requirements while managing and prioritising the product backlog using Azure DevOps or Jira.
It includes working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations and Underwriting, supporting the creation of reporting and dashboard solutions using Power BI, and leading analysis activities to improve processes, identify opportunities and drive successful project delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Business Analyst working with Agile methodologies, preferably with tools such as Microsoft DevOps or Jira. An understanding of Power BI to ensure the maximum amount of information can be obtained in the research phase.
