Home-Based | Field Role | Non-Fault Motor Claims Sector
The Opportunity
We are a fast-growing, market-leading provider of specialist solutions within the non-fault collision sector. As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking an ambitious Regional Account Manager to develop and grow a defined territory. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Chief Executive, offering genuine autonomy and the opportunity to build and shape your region as we continue to expand.
The Role
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities within accident repair centres, car dealerships, insurance brokers and other intermediaries
- Building long-term, profitable relationships with new and existing partners
- Delivering light product training to new accounts
- Managing and developing your customer base to maximise revenue potential
- Planning and managing your own diary across a territory within approximately 2 hours of your home location
- Attending any relevant trade shows, meetings / networking events throughout the UK
This role combines proactive new business development with ongoing account management. You will have the freedom to manage your territory strategically while being fully supported by a growing and ambitious business.

About You
We are looking for a commercially driven, self-motivated individual with:
- Proven experience within the non-fault motor claims industry, credit hire and credit repair industry, insurance broking, car dealership, accident repair centre, business to business sales in insurance or motor trade type scenario or vehicle fleet management beneficial
- A track record of winning and developing business relationships
- The ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- A full UK driving licence (minimum 2 years driving experience preferred) with no more than 6 penalty points.
You are confident, organised, and enjoy building relationships. You are comfortable working autonomously and motivated by growth and earning potential.
